When we are in this place, I had a sense of magic The Nam Hai.

If I could call this place, I'd say it's The Nam Hai Haven, or simply "The Haven" is purely because in my experience this place as Haven.

I have stayed in many hotels and resorts in the world, but do not eat anywhere near NH.

This place is out of this world, the beauty of the thing, the location, design and architecture -. It was just pure joy in this way be

For the first half or so I was totally lost in the Haven - it took "some time to reach Earth - This is the kind of magical feeling this stage, you should.

It comes with a beautiful square in the best staff I have ever met. The professional staff of the hotel also enjoy a higher level - because the place without the friendly staff, just another group of buildings. These are the people who make this place a pleasure to be in - the maximum points Gill (GM) excellent team.

Four of us stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with pool and I did not find any errors.

It is well designed - very comfortable - lots of space - iPAD surround sound and music - our own private pool - out side showers - 2 large bedrooms - What more could you ask for?

Perfect comfort and joy to stay at this hotel.

A nice lady named Ty (Ty Thi Nguyen) - For the icing on the cake, we had to add a first-class butler.

Ty has been argued tirelessly for three days during your stay and make sure we had everything. Something for our comfort we served our tea time in the afternoon and evening and awnings also ensured that we had a lot of mangoes, we found that all the mangoes United Nations. It ensures that our car was returned, and they checked everything for us. She is always smiling and very pleasant lady - returned all their perfection.

It is good to be pampered by her. Sun Ty - All four say a big thank you.

A special mention of the young man, after transportation reservation - our group of four was divided in the late evening -. 2 of us had a little drive back to the hotel and two others were trapped in the city of Hoi Ann waiting for us and there was no way it can be contacted. I explained the situation and I immediately picked up the phone and to solve the problem. I have several calls, and at one point I was talking on two phones to try to solve our problems. Within 5 minutes, I found our friends waiting at the taxi rank and I arranged for them to be picked up and dropped at the station, and calculate taxi not four!

Where can you find a service!

Our breakfast, Mr. Gill came to us and we all had a good conversation and gave us the confidence we needed, if nothing else just ask. I think it was well ahead of GM and talk with customers.

The next day, the assistant GM came and said hello to us.

The chef even prepared Aloo Paratha Indian for a delicious breakfast!

But the breakfast in this hotel is so great that there are additional refills!

The last day of our flight was not until late in the night and I was worried how we spend the last 4/5 hours waiting time. But to my surprise, we were offered another house during this short period. The beauty of this villa is that it is at the top of the hill, and when you lie down on the side chairs under palm trees which are - what else had gone to heaven for me!

So all in all, a perfect stay for all of us - and certainly eat - if Mr. Gill gives us a friendly offer of promotion.

Only less - there are not too many stairs everywhere best for wheelchairs or those with mobility problems. I'm sure the station probable solutions to this problem.
